Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Shipping: Available for select locations
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order value. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status through our website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account on our website
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label
- Package items securely and ship using the provided label
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.
Sale items and personalized products cannot be returned unless defective. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
